So it's been a few weeks since I've said anything
Guess that's happening more and more
Missed my DA birthday, so I've been here three years now
Time sure as hell flies, and my official unbirthday was on Sunday

The Sister Hazel concert the other week was amazing
The best one of theirs I've been to yet I believe
Doug had a good time too so I'm very glad about that

I'm doing decent in school
I have a lot to do in November I'm not sure how to handle it
But Doug's a sweetheart and helps me study Spanish
Everything else I think I can handle ok as long as I can find the time

Oh! Doug taught me how to play chess too!
I'm not very good at planning moves or anything
It's still fun none the less; I think the king is the stupidest piece

I've pretty much got the building to myself right now at work
So I'm listening to Incubus, Make Yourself and drinking coffee
I should harass the people in financial aid tomorrow because I'm poor
This is just stupid; it's been two months since I've tried to get my money
I need to be able to pay my brother, my bills, and my rent.

Oooh I have a feeling this will be a good winter
Except me getting sick, it's already started
Everyone will have to deal with my random cough attacks until the new year
